高校生の日常生活での対人関係への認識と性に関連する悩み、及び性交経験者と未経験者の認識の違いを明らかにし、思春期の母性保健の向上に効果的な保健指導・性教育のありかたを検討することを目的に、無記名式自記式質問紙調査を実施し、7,739名を分析対象とした。その結果、約7割が「友達の数は多い」「今幸せ」と認識し、9割が「今の家族の中で育って良かった」と認識していた。性交経験者は5.3%であり、未経験者に比べて「今幸せ」「今の家族の中で育って良かった」と回答した者が有意に多い一方で、「一人ぼっちと感じる」と回答した者も有意に多かった。思春期は自立し社会に巣立つ準備期であり、自己肯定感を高めつつ、他人との関係性・コミュニケーション能力を高める教育が必要である。
This study aimed to clarify the perception of interpersonal relationships in routine life, identify the concerns related to sexuality, and determine the differences in the perception of sexually experienced and inexperienced high school students. The survey was conducted using an unsigned formula self-administered questionnaire, and 7,739 subjects were analyzed. About 70% of the subjects reported “there are a lot of friends” and “feeling happy”, and 90% reported “feeling happy growing up with in your family”. Total 5.3% subjects had a sexual experience, and significantly more subjects who were sexually experienced reported “feeling happy” and “feeling happy growing up with in your family” than those who were sexually inexperienced. In contrast, significantly more subjects who were sexually experienced subjects reported “feeling lonely”. Puberty was the main period when they became independent of their families and established their position in the society. Therefore, as part of the education in adolescents, it is important to raise self-esteem as well as enhance relationships and communication skills with others.
